CHARTS WITH SALES CHARGES
Charts showing sales charges are provided on the day of the auction.
SALES TAX
For some vehicles there is a mention of VAT (sales tax). Yes, VAT of 19.60% is included in the selling price.
An invoice showing VAT will be issued.
For other vehicles, there will be no document provided that mentions VAT.
PAYMENT
In cash: Exclusively reserved to buyers who are neither resident of France nor business representatives.
A deposit of 500 Euros will need to be paid at the time of sale. The outstanding balance will not be cashed after 4:00 p.m. on the day of sale. Buyer will need to pay at latest the eighth day after sale is complete.
By check: If you want to take ownership of the vehicle the day of sale, you need to present a proof that the check will be cleared and an identification card.
EXPORT
Customers who want to buy a vehicle for exportation have to come to the office before the auction takes place to be informed of a possibility or impossibility of a purchase with tax exemption, and to be informed what documents are necessary for the transaction.
INSURANCE AGENT ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION
There is a possibility of insurance for 24 hours. See the tariffs with the insurance agent on the day of the auction.
