ICARE, company of group EUROP ASSISTANCE, European leader of the guarantees for the new vehicles and occasions will be by your side from the day of purchase of your vehicle until the scratch date of the guarantee.
1. HOW DOES WORK THE SECURITY GUARANTEE ?
Nothing more simple:
The vehicles concerned are identified « 1 month of guarantee offered », on the detailed cards of the website www.vpouest.com, list of the sale available on our places of sale, small posters, and then profit FREELY during 1 month from a guarantee called SECURITY GUARANTEE..
Conditions of the Guarantee :
All the vehicles concerned are linked to the Bilan Expert VP OUEST. It is important to note it because the parts mentioned as " bad " 
, or "to be replaced " 
or "reserved" at the moment of the sale will be excluded of the guarantee, as well as the breakdowns or damages being able to result from these parts or bodies See the General Conditions (PDF) .
What does the SECURITY guarantee cover ?
The most important, i.e.:
- The ENGINE,
- The GEARBOX,
- The CLUTCH,
- The TRANSMISSION SHAFT,
- The STEERING,
- The BRAKING SYSTEM,
- The SUSPENSION,
- The SUPPLYING,
- The ELECTRIC & ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS,
- The COOLING SYSTEM,
- The AIR CONDITIONING,
- The CARTERS.
The day of the sale, you come on our stand in the principal hall from our center from sale with your purchase invoice and we will give you your notebook of guarantee and guide of maintenance.

2. CAN I EXTEND THIS GUARANTEE ?
Like 95% of the purchasers, you prefer to fully make safe your purchase while choosing an ultimate longlife guarantee. You have the choice between 2 complementary formulas:
- SECURITY +: it is the peace as it provides you the same advantages as the 1 month SECURITY guarantee with moreover an 24/24 assistance and a vehicle of replacement in the event of breakdown.
- STANDARD: this guarantee is perfectly adapted for those who want to guarantee the main thing. Indeed, all the vital parts of your vehicle are covered, that is namely : the ENGINE, the GEARBOX, the CLUTCH , the BRIDGE.
You have just to choose the guarantee duration which suits you: 3, 6 or 12 months (in addition to 1 month guarantee).

If your vehicle is old less than 10 years, it runs, and it has not been modified have regard to the standards and regulations of the manufacturer, you will be able to subscribe a guarantee the day of the sale while choosing between the 2 formulas of guarantees, SAFETY or STANDARD as previously detailed.
The cover durations suggested do not change: 3, 6 or 12 months.
And the prices ?
They do not undergo any increase and remain adapted to all the budgets: from 99 € to 299 €.
In case of breakdown, how does it occur ?
Do not worry :
1/ You provide your guarantee notebook,
2/ Contact our technical department with the single call number being reproduced on your notebook of guarantee in the presence of your mechanic while indicating: your n° of guarantee, the type of the incident and the approximate cost of repair.
3/ According to the type of the breakdown, our technician will communicate to your repairer a number of agreement and we will directly pay the agreed amount of its invoice.
You do not have thus any advance of expenses to envisage!
